Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of FinCrime red flags, typologies, and how to identify.
• Experience in developing and implementing process improvements.
• Demonstrates reasoned logic in decision-making and judgment, considering external and internal factors.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to produce clear, precise materials.
• Ability to analyze feedback patterns to drive process and product improvements.
• Policy development and regulatory knowledge for payment processing environments.
• Experience conducting merchant risk assessments, transaction monitoring, and implementing risk-based controls.
• Experience driving scalable operations through vendor partnerships and automated solutions.
