Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in Ireland or England & Wales.
• 0–3 years PQE or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise financial services clients on Central Bank and EU regulation.
• Assist with M&A involving financial institutions.
• Handle Central Bank licensing applications and regulatory matters.
• Support scope of regulation, ongoing regulatory issues, and product launches.
• Assist with Central Bank enforcement actions as needed.
