Nixon McQuade in Dublin is seeking a Regulatory Investigations Solicitor with 2+ PQE to join its market-leading Disputes & Investigations team. You will handle complex regulatory investigations, enforcement proceedings and related litigation across Ireland, with exposure to high-profile matters.

The role offers training, secondments, access to Partners, and a strong platform for long-term career progression within a firm that values development and client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in regulatory investigations or related field.
• Experience dealing with Irish regulatory bodies.
• Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on regulatory investigations, enforcement proceedings and related litigation.
• Develop exposure to civil litigation, judicial reviews and regulatory appeals.
• Collaborate with Partners and colleagues across the Disputes & Investigations practice on high-profile matters.

Regulatory Investigations Solicitor – 2+ PQE

The Role

Join a market-leading Disputes & Investigations team in Dublin.

The team advises on complex regulatory investigations, enforcement proceedings and related litigation, many of these are the most significant disputes, corporate crises and investigations in the Irish market.

You will also gain exposure to civil litigation, judicial reviews, statutory appeals and financial services disputes. Working closely with colleagues across the firm's wider Disputes & Investigations practice, you will have the opportunity to develop your experience in regulatory risk, corporate investigations, complex disputes and white-collar crime matters.

The Person

• 2+ years' PQE
