Job summary

The leading international firm focused on Financial Services Regulation is expanding its regulatory practice in Ireland, following the recent hire of a partner. The team serves banks, investment firms, fintechs and fund service providers across Irish and EU regulatory matters, including Central Bank authorisations, AML, IAF and governance.

2+ years PQE in FS Reg or Funds is sought. They offer high-quality regulatory work with international exposure and a market-leading salary.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in FS Reg or Funds.
• Experience advising banks, investment firms, fintechs, and fund service providers.
• Knowledge of Central Bank authorisations, AML, IAF, governance, prudential and conduct requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory risk advisory to clients across Irish and EU matters.
• Handle Central Bank authorisations, AML, IAF, governance, prudential and conduct requirements.
• Support regulatory investigations and enforcement matters where applicable.

We have been briefed on an exciting opportunity with a leading international firm who are looking to expand their Financial Services Regulation practice under a recently hired partner.

The team advises banks, investment firms, fintechs, fund service providers and other regulated businesses across a wide range of Irish and EU regulatory matters. The work spans Central Bank authorisations, AML, IAF, governance, prudential and conduct requirements, regulatory M&A, investigations and enforcement matters.
