Hunter Savage is assisting in the recruitment of a Financial Regulation Solicitor for a permanent, hybrid role based in Dublin. The successful candidate will advise domestic and international financial services clients on Irish and EU regulation, with exposure to transactions, licensing applications, regulatory issues, product launches and enforcement actions.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland or England & Wales.
• Newly qualified to three years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Central Bank and EU regulation.

Job description

Our client is seeking a Financial Regulation Solicitor to join its established team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will advise domestic and international financial services clients on Irish and EU regulation, with exposure to a varied range of matters, including transactions, licensing applications, regulatory issues, product launches and enforcement actions.
