Qualifications

We are partnering with an international aviation leasing and finance platform to appoint an FP&A Manager based in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to support financial planning, commercial analysis and strategic decision-making across a growing global business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning
• Develop financial models and management reporting
• Analyse business performance and key financial drivers
• Provide commercial insight to support strategic initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business
• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to senior leadership

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial-modelling experience
• Commercially focused with excellent analytical capabilities
• Confident working with senior stakeholders in an international environment
• Experience in aviation leasing, aviation finance, asset finance or another asset-intensive sector is preferred
• Advanced Excel and presentation skills
• Collaborative, proactive and improvement-focused approach
