Responsibilities

• Support the execution of financial due diligence engagements across sectors.
• Prepare analysis on earnings, working capital, cash flow and other deal metrics.
• Identify key issues, risks and value drivers through thorough financial review.
• Assist in due diligence reports, client deliverables and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.
• Contribute to team development and broader business development activity where appropriate.
