Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA/CA, CIMA) or Master in Corporate Finance.
• Strong audit and corporate finance experience in FMCG.
• Proven leadership and change-management capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, J-SOX, treasury and tax.

• Lead the Financial Control function for GB&I, ensuring accurate statutory and management reporting.
• Oversee balance sheets for multiple entities and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Drive month-end close, internal controls and compliance with IFRS/J-SOX.
• Champion finance transformation and working capital improvements.
• Develop and coach a diverse team across accounting, AP, credit control, and finance projects.
