Job summary

Sysco Ireland are recruiting a Group Financial Controller to lead the finance function across Ireland. Reporting to the CFO, you will govern financial control, reporting, compliance, tax, audit and shared services oversight while guiding finance transformation and systems upgrades.

You will build a high-performing team, drive financial performance, partner with operational leaders and embed best practices in governance and internal controls across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification leadership experience.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and audit management expertise.
• Experience with SOX controls and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial control framework across Ireland entities.
• Oversee month/month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes.
• Drive audit, tax and regulatory compliance programs.
• Partner with executives to drive business performance and transformation.
