Job summary

FRS Recruitment in Ireland is seeking a Financial Controller for a growing manufacturing business based in Tipperary. You will own the day-to-day finance function and work closely with the Finance Director.

This hands-on role demands strong commercial and operational understanding, ownership of monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, stock control and cashflow. ERP knowledge, especially Diomac, and a proactive approach to process improvement are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, FMCG or product-based experience highly desirable.
• Strong commercial and operational understanding.
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment.
• Strong systems and process improvement capability.
• Knowledge of Diomac ERP would be a significant advantage.

I’m recruiting a Financial Controller for a growing and ambitious manufacturing business based in Tipperary.

This is a key finance appointment, working closely with the Finance Director and taking ownership of the day-to-day finance function.

It will suit someone who enjoys being close to the numbers and close to the business – combining strong financial control with commercial insight and operational involvement.
