  • Support client reviews, QBRs, renewals and commercial discussions with data-backed analysis.
  • Manage and develop two Reporting Analysts, reviewing outputs and ensuring high standards of accuracy, quality and presentation.
  • Improve and automate recurring reporting processes, reducing manual activity and creating scalable reporting templates.
  • Partner with stakeholders to challenge unclear or low-value reporting requests and ensure reporting activity is aligned with business and commercial priorities.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from Operations, often requiring a fast, practical turnaround.
Key Requirements:
  • Newly Qualified Accountant
  • Strong experience within finance, management reporting, commercial analysis, business intelligence or performance reporting.

  • Experience producing management reports, dashboards, KPI packs, variance analysis and meaningful performance commentary.
  • Power BI, SQL or similar reporting/data tools would be advantageous.

  • Ability to communicate complex financial and operational information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude or similar to improve reporting and analytical processes would be advantageous.
