Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with up to 2 years PQE required.
• Experience in a multinational or fast-paced commercial environment.
• Strong financial reporting and accounting knowledge.
• SAP/S4 Hana experience would be advantageous.
• Exposure to US GAAP, SOX, BlackLine or Workiva would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support statutory reporting and compliance across multiple EMEA entities.
• Assist with external audit processes and year-end reporting.
• Support SOX compliance activities and control testing across the region.
• Assist with month-end close activities including journal preparation and review.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and provide reporting commentary.
• Support VAT compliance and tax filing requirements.
• Assist with governance documentation and reporting processes.
• Support entity onboarding projects and continuous process improvements.

Armont Recruitment have partnered with a globally recognised multinational organisation based in Dublin. Operating across the EMEA region, the business continues to experience impressive growth and has established a highly regarded finance function supporting a complex international operation.

Due to continued expansion, they are now hiring a Financial Accountant to join their growing finance team. Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, this newly created position will support statutory reporting, governance, audit and month-end activities across multiple international entities while contributing to a range of business-critical projects and process improvement initiatives.

The Role

• Support statutory reporting and compliance activities across multiple EMEA entities
