Job summary

The Liebherr Group is seeking an experienced management accountant in Killarney to prepare monthly accounts, forecast cash flow, and manage supplier payments. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include VAT filings, intercompany reconciliations, and supporting the audit process, with opportunities for career progression and a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Process employee expenses and advances.
• Forecast cash flow and manage cash.
• Perform bank reconciliations and supplier payments.
• Handle VAT filings and audit support.
• Assist in intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare statistic reports and ad hoc projects.
• Support the department manager with additional duties.

Qualifications Requirements and Experience

• Strong communication and reporting skills (verbal and in writing).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and tax laws and a proven ability to work as part of a team.
• Your planning and organizing skills are exceptional, enabling you to multi-task, plan, and prioritize work within agreed timescales.
• Your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are excellent, with a keen eye for accuracy.
• The successful candidate will be highly organised, have excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiating and leadership skills.
