Job description

Back 4 Good are working on a sourcing assignment for a blue chip financial Services company.

Our partner are looking for a Financial Accountant working directly to the Chief Finance Officer in a multi-division location ensuring the delivery of monthly financials in line with the International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation (IFRS) reporting requirements, driving transparency and business intelligence around decision making.

You will partner closely with offshore Finance partners, Ooeration Management and Regional Group Finance to provide accurate and timely monthly deliverables and value-add output to enable informed business decisions.

You will be a qualified in Association of Chartered Accountant (ACA) / Association of Chartered Institute Certified Accountants (ACCA) / Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) or equivalent.

Ability to perform at pace in a global virtual team in a matrix organisation.

An excellent team player with an ability to work with and influence cross functional teams to drive process change and development and who is able to lead on pertinent issues as required.

Ability to take ownership of problems and deliver results and a understanding of the relationship of business drivers.

Experience with monthly and annual management and statutory accounts preparation and reporting.

Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure, proactively and effectively assessing risk and prioritising accordingly.
