Eirkoo is seeking a Financial Accountant to join its growing finance team in Ireland. This role suits a qualified ACA/ACCA with 2–4 years PQE, offering exposure across the finance function and close collaboration with stakeholders across multiple business units.

Responsibilities include monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting and annual audit support, along with monitoring cash flow, KPIs and margins. Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.

Competenze

• ACA/ACCA qualification is required.
• 2–4 years PQE in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong experience in financial reporting and management accounts.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.

I'm currently working with a well-established Irish organisation who are looking to appoint a Financial Accountant to join their growing finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) to join a dynamic business, gaining exposure across the wider finance function and working closely with key stakeholders across multiple business units.

The Role:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and annual audit processes.
• Monitoring project cash flow, working capital and financial performance.
• Reporting on KPIs, costs and margins.
• Supporting financial controls, process improvements and commercial reporting.
• Working closely with various departments to provide financial insights and analysis.

What We're Looking For:

• ACA/ACCA qualified accountant.
• 2-4 years PQE
• Strong experience in financial reporting and management accounts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Construction industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
