Back4good is seeking a Financial Accountant to work alongside the Chief Finance Officer for a blue-chip financial services company in Ireland. The role involves delivering monthly financials compliant with IFRS and collaborating with various finance divisions and offshore partners. The ideal candidate will be qualified in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA with strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and an ability to thrive under pressure. Qualifications

• Experience with monthly and annual management and statutory accounts preparation and reporting.
• Ability to perform in a global virtual team and matrix organization.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly financials in line with IFRS reporting requirements.
• Partner closely with offshore Finance partners and regional Finance.
• Drive transparency and business intelligence for informed decisions.
