Job summary

PwC Ireland's Tax Technology & Transformation team is seeking a Director with extensive experience in tax technology and transformation. You will lead delivery of tax technology-enabled solutions, drive market initiatives, and manage multi-disciplinary teams across tax, finance and IT to optimize client tax functions.

The role requires deep technical leadership, a strong track record in delivering ERP-tax solutions and a Big 4/large multinational background.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in tax or tax technology consultancy related role.
• Proven track record leading and delivering large tax transformation projects.
• Experience with ERP tax solutions (SAP, Oracle, MSFT Dynamics, OneSource, Vertex) and tax engines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ACA/CTA or equivalent preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects delivering tax technology enabled solutions for clients.
• Research and integrate emerging tax tech to drive efficiency.
• Build relationships with tax, finance and IT stakeholders.
• Mentor team and drive growth within the practice.
