Job summary

E-Frontiers in Ireland seeks a Senior Director, Corporate Finance & Restructuring to lead high-profile engagements across M&A, finance transformation, restructuring, and business improvement. You will work with CFOs, leveraging finance expertise and applying AI analytics to shape finance functions.

This role offers a collaborative culture, extensive client exposure, and opportunities for international travel, with a hybrid working model (typically 2 days per week in the office).

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in finance, consulting or corporate finance.
• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong background in financial modelling, transaction support, finance transformation or restructuring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex Corporate Finance & Restructuring engagements across the full deal and business lifecycle.
• Support clients with M&A, due diligence, financial modelling, forecasting, capital raising and transaction execution.
• Drive finance transformation, operating model improvements, and performance enhancement initiatives.
