Medihive is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to drive automation and AI-enabled improvements across the finance function. You will own projects from requirements through implementation, focusing on purchase order, accounts payable and sales-to-finance integrations, working with Finance, Commercial, Operations and IT.

You will lead NetSuite developments and partner with external providers, delivering scalable, well-controlled processes and cross-functional training.

Qualifications

• Proven project delivery experience in finance systems or transformation.
• Experience with invoice automation, purchase orders, procurement, or sales-to-finance integrations.
• Strong NetSuite experience including workflows, configuration, reporting.
• Experience applying AI to finance processes.
• Understanding of finance processes and how technology can improve efficiency and control.
• Excellent organisation and project management skills.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong Excel and systems skills.
• Comfort working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation and automation projects from requirements to implementation.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, data migration and system configuration.
• Develop training materials and rollout to Finance and wider business users.
• Provide regular updates to the Senior Finance Manager and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Monitor the effectiveness of new systems and processes post-implementation.
• Act as Finance project lead and super-user for NetSuite developments, enhancements and integrations.
• Support configuration, workflows, reporting and troubleshooting in NetSuite.
• Map current and future-state processes to identify manual, duplicated or inefficient work and opportunities for automation and AI.
• Redesign processes to be efficient, scalable and well controlled, with proper controls in automated workflows.
• Maintain clear process documentation and SOPs.
• Monitor new systems and processes after implementation and identify improvements.
• Support the Financial Accountant and FP&A during peak periods.
