Job summary

Lilly UK & Ireland is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead the Invoicing team and drive Finance Forward initiatives across P2P. You will own end-to-end invoicing operations, deliver automation, and develop a high-performing function aligned with the broader finance transformation program.

The role demands strong AP expertise, stakeholder management across Procurement and Treasury, and a track record of leading teams in a complex, matrixed organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Significant experience in a senior finance operations or accounts payable leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AP and invoicing processes, controls and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing invoicing team with clear objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, addressing performance gaps proactively.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, automation, and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Treasury to optimise supplier onboarding and invoicing workflows.
