Job summary

Spencer Recruitment Ltd in Dublin is seeking an experienced Finance Specialist to join a well-established, government-supported organisation. You will own the accounts payable function, manage supplier payments, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

The role targets accuracy, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently within a hybrid working model. A professional finance qualification is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar finance or accounts payable role.
• Strong working knowledge of Sage 50.
• Excellent numerical, organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience managing supplier payments, reconciliations and financial records.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.
• A professional finance qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

About the Role
