Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Manager to join FS Business Consulting in Dublin, focusing on Finance Regulatory reporting and transformation. You will guide clients through regulatory change, translate requirements into practical data solutions, and lead complex delivery across engagements.

The role emphasizes leadership of finance transformation programmes, data governance, and collaboration across jurisdictions, with hybrid working and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in Finance Regulatory reporting or Regulatory change programmes (e.g. BCBS239, IReF, IFRS 9).
• 6 years delivering regulatory reporting or finance transformation programmes.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and assess implications for processes, data, controls and operating models.
• Strong data governance, data quality management and regulatory reporting data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert to clients and engagement teams on regulatory reporting, finance transformation and regulatory change initiatives.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks across EY practices.
• Support clients in interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into practical operating and data solutions.
• Manage innovation in processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance client performance.
• Lead diverse teams, supporting performance, development and inclusivity.
