Armont have partnered with a leading global PLC seeking a Finance Manager to join their high-performing finance team based in Dublin on an initial 12 month contract. Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 4+ years' PQE in a PLC or multinational organisation.
• Experience leading or managing finance teams.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX frameworks would be a distinct advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Oversee financial reporting activities, including statutory reporting, audit coordination, compliance and internal controls.
• Manage the preparation and review of annual financial statements.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accurate month-end and quarterly reporting processes.
• Act as a key finance contact for local stakeholders, providing guidance on financial matters.
• Deliver financial reporting and analysis to support senior management decision-making.
• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and other ad hoc projects as required.
