Job summary

Pearse Portfolio is seeking a Finance Manager in Dublin to join a lean finance team and own the full finance cycle. You’ll execute AP/AR, bank reconciliations, cash management, month-end close and FP&A while reporting to the Finance Director.

Working closely with the FD, you’ll gain exposure to a private equity-backed environment, contribute to lender reporting, covenant calculations and Board reporting within a growing asset-based business.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent.
• 4–6 years PQE in a hands-on finance role.
• Proven experience with month-end close, journals and reconciliations.
• Direct AP/AR experience and cash management.
• Experience in private equity-backed environments is a plus.
• Dublin-based or able to work on-site in Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AP including invoicing, coding, approvals and payments.
• Support AR including invoicing, cash allocations and collections.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Manage daily cash positions and short-term forecasting.
• Execute payments and banking mandates in a controlled environment.
• Support debt service payments and treasury activity.
• Lead month-end close and related balance sheet reconciliations.
• Produce monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs).
• Provide variance analysis across Opex and Capex.
• Assist budgets, reforecasts and rolling cash flow.
• Prepare inputs for Board reporting and long-term financial model.
• Support lender reporting and covenant calculations.
• Assist audit, tax and statutory processes.
• Own ERP data integrity and finance process improvements.
