Job summary

Careerwise Recruitment is seeking a qualified Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to join the Dublin finance team. You will collaborate with operational and commercial teams, producing management accounts and driving financial control.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will help with budgeting, forecasting, KPI dashboards, and strategic decision-making while supporting audits and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Deliver financial analysis and reporting against budgets and forecasts.
• Complete month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
• Monitor costs, overheads, cash flow, and capital expenditure.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Partner with operational teams to provide meaningful financial insights.
• Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting.
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop a small finance team.
