Job summary

Engage People Recruitment partners with a growing SME in Ireland to appoint a Commercial Finance Manager who will lead the finance function and drive financial discipline across the business. You will work closely with the CEO, operations and commercial leaders to enable sustainable growth and robust governance.

The role requires strong management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management, with a proven track record in audit/compliance and a Commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance function and ensure accurate financial information.
• Deliver timely management accounts, reporting and commercial insight.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Manage cashflow and working capital visibility.
• Support leadership with financial analysis and decision-making.
• Improve visibility of profitability and key commercial drivers.
• Assist with audit, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Develop financial processes, controls and reporting.
• Collaborate with operations and commercial teams on performance insights.
• Act as a first point of contact for people-related matters and HR processes.
