Leinster Appointments Ltd is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead the operational Finance team in North Meath with hybrid work after probation. You will be responsible for monthly management packs, budgeting, and strengthening internal controls while liaising with auditors.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience in finance, with some construction sector exposure, and a track record of delivering accurate management information and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance leadership, with emphasis on monthly close and reporting.

• Review and improve internal controls

• Bank account management and cashflow forecasting
• Year-end annual accounts and liaison with auditors
