Coopman Search and Selection | B Corp™ is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join its international Corporate Services Provider environment. The role oversees IFRS reporting for multi-entity aircraft leasing and ABS structures, partnering with the VP Finance and driving governance and technical accounting across the portfolio.

This newly created leadership position will steer group reporting, controls, and financing initiatives while mentoring the finance team and supporting strategic growth

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
• Experience in aircraft leasing, aviation finance, or ABS environments.
• Significant senior or group finance experience.
• Excellent IFRS accounting knowledge.
• Experience across multi-entity or international structures.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership, including VP Finance and CFO.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP Finance on strategic and operational finance matters.
• Oversee aircraft leasing portfolios, structured finance arrangements, and ABS-related entities.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting.
• Ensure accurate IFRS accounting for leasing transactions and complex asset structures.
• Manage financial controls, compliance, and audit readiness across multiple entities.
• Support financing, refinancing, and portfolio optimisation activities.
• Contribute to aircraft lifecycle accounting, including acquisitions, lease management, and disposals.
• Drive continuous improvements across finance processes and reporting.
• Mentor and develop members of the finance team.

My client, a growing international organisation, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join its finance leadership team. This is a newly created role due to continued business growth and forms part of a clear succession plan, working closely with the VP Finance.

The position sits within a Corporate Services Provider (CSP) environment and offers exposure to a sophisticated portfolio of aircraft leasing, structured finance, and Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) transactions.

The Opportunity

This is a high-visibility leadership role at the heart of a complex international finance function.
