Job summary

Elevate Partners in Dublin is seeking a Newly Qualified ACA with exposure to aviation leasing to join our growing finance team. You will assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and support IFRS reporting and internal controls.

You will collaborate with external auditors, contribute to treasury and intercompany processes, and tackle ad hoc projects across the aircraft leasing structure, helping drive improvements while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified ACA, ideally through a Big 4.
• Some exposure to aviation, leasing, or asset finance clients.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and IFRS.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support statutory and group reporting requirements, including liaison with external auditors
• Contribute to technical accounting matters relevant to aircraft leasing structures (e.g. lease accounting, SPV reporting)
• Assist with cash flow monitoring, intercompany transactions, and treasury-related tasks
• Support the wider finance team on ad hoc projects, process improvements, and system enhancements
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS) and internal controls

Our client is a growing, international aircraft leasing platform with a strong presence in Dublin's aviation finance sector. This is an ideal opportunity for someone coming from a Big 4 or top-tier practice background, ideally with some exposure to the aircraft leasing or aviation finance sector, who is looking to make the move into industry.
