Job summary

Coopman Search and Selection | B Corp™ is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our expanding CSP team in Shannon. You will manage a portfolio of aircraft leasing entities, oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, and coordinate year-end audits.

You will work closely with aviation clients, ensure IFRS compliance, and mentor junior team members while driving process improvements and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with IFRS knowledge and client-facing experience.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and managing multiple deadlines.
• Prior CSP experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of aircraft leasing entities, ensuring client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
• Oversee preparation of statutory financial statements and coordinate year-end audits.
• Act as primary contact for clients, auditors, tax advisers and other stakeholders.
• Review reconciliations, financial reporting packs and other client deliverables.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of aircraft leasing entities, ensuring all client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
• Oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements and coordinate year-end audits.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, auditors, tax advisers, and other key stakeholders.
• Review reconciliations, financial reporting packs, and other client deliverables.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• Previous experience within a Corporate Services Provider (CSP) is essential.
• Strong aircraft leasing experience is required.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members is desirable.
