ICON Clinical Research Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Manager, Financial Business Partnering to oversee financial operations, budgeting, and reporting for clinical projects. You will lead day-to-day finance activities and support your team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA; CPA or CMA is a plus. You will drive financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform project strategies.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA; CPA/CMA is a plus.
• Significant experience in finance management for healthcare or clinical research preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for clinical projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely financial transactions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.
