Job summary

Ryanair Ltd. invites applications for the 2027 Ryanair Grad Programme, a 3.5-year rotational programme across our finance functions. Participants will rotate through areas including FP&A, Tax, Internal Audit and Accounting, while pursuing ACCA/ACA qualifications.

Qualifications

• Studied a relevant degree programme (Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics) and either secured a 2.1 or above or be on track to
• Must have graduated/ finished university no earlier than 2025
• Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and travel freely throughout the network.
• Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements
• Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good sense of humour and doesn’t take themselves too seriously!!!!

Responsibilities

• Rotate across teams and departments to gain transferable skills
• Participate in a structured graduate programme with mentorship from senior leaders
• Work within the Finance department and potentially abroad with subsidiary airlines
• Gain an internationally recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA)
• Experience across areas like FP&A, Banking, Internal Audit, Tax, and Management Accounting
