3A Composites Industry Europe in Athlone, Ireland invites applications for a Financial Controller. This role anchors end-to-end finance for Athlone Extrusions (~160 FTE) and functions as Business Area Controller for Industry across related sites.

You will ensure accurate reporting, strong controls and compliance. You will lead a small finance team, drive costing, working capital, and profitability analysis, partner with Plant Manager, support S&OP, and push digitalisation of finance processes.

Qualifications

• Responsible for end-to-end site finance ownership and reporting.
• Own month/quarter/year-end close, variance analysis, and audits.
• Lead costing and profitability analysis, including cost-to-serve by product/customer.

Responsabilités

• Close & reporting for Athlone site with strong internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with Irish statutory requirements and tax obligations.
• Coordinate AR/AP/inventory optimization and cash forecasting.
