Howden Ireland is seeking a Finance Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering commercial objectives through insight, analysis and strategic partnership. The role collaborates with broking, claims, operations and finance to drive sustainable, profitable growth.

You will lead budgeting, forecasts and business plans, monitor key metrics such as revenue and profitability, and develop robust management information.

Qualificações

• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a business partnering, commercial finance, strategy or operational performance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; able to translate data into commercial insight.
• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
• Provide proactive commercial insight and challenge to support planning and execution.
• Lead budgeting, forecasts and long-term business planning processes.
• Analyse revenue, profitability and growth opportunities by business line.
