Job summary

Howden Ireland is seeking a Financial Planning Advisor to identify client needs and deliver tailored financial solutions across life assurance, pensions, investments and protection products. You will focus on relationship management, business development and achieving team growth targets.

You will build strong client relationships, develop a robust pipeline, and cross-sell financial planning services while ensuring compliance with Central Bank of Ireland regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Life & Pensions or Wealth Management.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, protection, investments and planning solutions.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking and existing client relationships.
• Identify and maximise sales opportunities across Financial Planning offerings.
• Achieve agreed sales, retention and growth targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Provide professional financial advice and recommendations across Pension, Planning, Protection, Savings and Investments.
• Manage client portfolios and conduct comprehensive financial reviews.
