Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant with 10+ years' post-qualified experience or equivalent.
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience, ideally gained within a large, customer-focused organisation.
• Experience supporting revenue growth, cost optimisation and profitability initiatives.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.
