Job summary

Howden Ireland is seeking a Financial Planning Advisor to join our Life & Pensions Advisory team. You will drive new business growth while delivering tailored financial planning advice to new and existing clients.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will identify client needs, provide tailored solutions, and maximise opportunities across pensions, investments and protection products, while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience in Life & Pensions, Financial Planning, or Wealth Management.
Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) designation or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of pensions, protection, investments and financial planning solutions.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.
Identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions across life assurance, pensions, investments and protection products.
Achieve sales targets and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Deliver high-quality financial planning advice and maintain compliant, long-term client relationships.
Cross-sell and introduce additional financial planning services where appropriate.
Support the Advisory team to drive departmental growth objectives.
