ACCPRO is seeking a Finance Business Partner in Ireland to support strategic planning and drive financial success across projects, delivering long-term commercial value for the business.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and robust financial reporting, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work, 2–3 days at home, is offered.

Competenze

• Qualified accountant with 5–8 years’ PQE.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capability.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Power Query and Oracle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience in project finance, joint ventures, or asset-heavy environments is desirable.

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting for your business unit.

Our key client is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team in a newly created role. This broad role supports strategic planning, ensures financial success of projects and adds long term commercial value to the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting for your business unit
• Own the end-to-end month-end close process, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of management accounts and financial reporting
• Review statutory reporting and audit outputs for assigned entities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant shareholders (internal and external)
• Prepare and present monthly reporting packs in line with shareholder and board requirements

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with c. 5-8 years’ PQE
• A technical accounting background with a developed skillset in more commercial areas (budgeting, forecasting)
• Strong IT and systems experience (Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Oracle)
• Experience in project finance, joint ventures or other asset-intensive environments is desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at Board, Senior Management, shareholder and external partner level
