Job summary

TOM People is supporting an innovative Irish business with a global footprint to source for a commercially focused business partner to join their team. Working closely with key stakeholders and senior leadership, you will support commercial decision-making, financial planning, new product launches, customer acquisitions and business growth initiatives.

This is an ideal role for an ambitious accountant looking to further develop their skills within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with min 2+ years PQE.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience presenting financial information to senior management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to drive business performance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis and performance commentary.
• Perform product costing and standard cost analysis on the key business drivers.
• Support annual budgets, forecasts and long-range planning processes.
• Analyse new customer, retailer and product opportunities.
• Support business projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the launch of new products, customer acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives.
