Job summary

Culligan Ireland is seeking a Service Technician for field-based work in Limerick and Clare. The role involves sanitization, maintenance, installation and service of water coolers and filtration systems, with a focus on quality and customer service.

You will carry out scheduled sanitization, preventative maintenance, and exceptional tasks while adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards. Company van, pension, and 23 days holiday support your career growth.

Qualifications

• Full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points (no disqualifying offences).
• Experience in a field service, maintenance, technical, hygiene or sanitization role is desirable, but training will be giving on full range of products.
• A strong focus on cleanliness, quality and attention to detail.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment and consistently achieving performance standards and service KPIs.
• Sound geographical knowledge of the local area and surrounding regions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out scheduled sanitization and disinfection of water coolers and drinking water systems.
• Performing preventative maintenance to ensure equipment remains safe, hygienic and fully operational.
• Installing, servicing and repairing water coolers and filtration systems.
• Replacing filters and other consumable components in line with service schedules.
• Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
• Completing digital service and sanitization records using company systems.
• Managing van stock and maintaining the tools and materials required for daily activities.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a professional ambassador for Culligan.
• Working in line with all health, safety and hygiene procedures.
