Job summary

Culligan Water Ireland is seeking a Service Technician for a field-based role covering Limerick and Clare. You will sanitize, maintain and service water coolers and filtration systems at customer locations, ensuring high hygiene and safety standards.

The role requires a full driving licence and strong customer service skills, with a focus on independent work and meeting service KPIs. Salary is €32,000 per annum plus a €4,000 annual tax-free meal allowance.

Qualifications

• Full and valid driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out scheduled sanitization and disinfection of water coolers and drinking water systems.
• Performing preventative maintenance to ensure equipment remains safe and fully operational.
• Installing, servicing and repairing water coolers and filtration systems.
• Replacing filters and other consumable components in line with service schedules.
• Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
• Completing digital service and sanitization records using company systems.
• Managing van stock and maintaining tools and materials required for daily activities.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a professional ambassador for Culligan.
• Working in line with all health, safety and hygiene procedures.
