Job summary
Culligan Ireland is seeking a Service Technician for field-based work. You will service, install, and maintain water coolers and filtration systems and deliver excellent customer service while representing Culligan.
You will work Monday to Friday in a field-based role with a depot in Ballymount. A driving licence is required, and training is provided. A company van is provided, along with benefits and career progression opportunities.
Qualifications
- Field service or maintenance experience desirable; training provided.
- Full, clean driving license with ≤6 points.
- Strong focus on cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled sanitization and disinfection of water coolers and drinking water systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment safe and hygienic.
- Install, service and repair water coolers and filtration systems.
- Replace filters and consumables per service schedules.
- Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.
- Complete digital service and sanitization records with company systems.
- Manage van stock and tools for daily activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and be Culligan’s ambassador.
- Adhere to health, safety and hygiene procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised work environment.
