Job summary

Culligan Ireland is seeking a Service Technician to perform sanitization, installation, servicing and maintenance of water coolers and filtration systems on customer sites across Limerick and Clare.

The role requires a full driving license, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to high hygiene and safety standards. A company van and uniform are provided along with 23 days' holiday plus bank holidays and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Full and valid driving license with up to 6 points.
• Experience in a field service, maintenance, hygiene or sanitization role is desirable, but training will be given.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, quality and detail.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
• Experience in a target-driven environment with service KPIs.
• Good geographic knowledge of the local area.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled sanitization and disinfection of water coolers and drinking water systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment safe, hygienic and operational.
• Install, service and repair water coolers and filtration systems.
• Replace filters and consumables per service schedules.
• Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.
• Complete digital service and sanitization records.
• Manage van stock and maintain tools and materials for daily tasks.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent Culligan professionally.
• Work in line with health, safety and hygiene procedures.
