Culligan Ireland is looking for a Field Service Engineer to service, maintain and repair water treatment systems across the Midlands region. You will diagnose faults, carry out installations, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to safety and company policies. The role is full-time, with a 6-month probation.

Salary starts at €42,432 per year plus a tax-free meal allowance and uncapped incentives, with an OTE of €50,000. A valid driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience in plumbing
• Technical knowledge of water treatment systems (preferable)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Salary: €42,432 per annum, paid monthly + annual tax free meal allowance and uncapped performance incentives. On-Target Earnings (OTE) of €50,000

As an Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in our commitment to excellence by maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems. You will utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring optimal functioning of our systems and maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification systems
• Diagnose and resolve basic equipment faults and performance issues
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and schedule installations, repairs, and maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year's experience in plumbing, preferably in the field of water treatment
• Technical knowledge of water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification is preferable however, full training will be given
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license
