Job summary

Culligan Ireland is seeking a Service Technician to join our field team nationwide. You will be responsible for sanitization, installation, servicing and maintenance of water coolers and filtration systems at customer sites, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, a company van, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, a pension, sick pay and opportunities for career progression, with training provided to cover our full product range.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence with up to 6 points (no disqualifications).
• Experience in field service, maintenance, hygiene or sanitization desirable; training provided.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, quality and attention to detail.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
• Experience in a target-driven environment and meeting KPIs.
• Sound knowledge of local area geography.
• Strong interpersonal, customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out scheduled sanitization and disinfection of water coolers and drinking water systems.
• Performing preventative maintenance to keep equipment safe, hygienic and operational.
• Installing, servicing and repairing water coolers and filtration systems.
• Replacing filters and consumables per service schedules.
• Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
• Completing digital service and sanitization records.
• Managing van stock and maintaining tools and materials.
• Delivering exceptional customer service as Culligan ambassador.
• Adhering to health, safety and hygiene procedures.
