Job summary

Redline Group is recruiting a Field Service Engineer to cover Ireland. The role is home-based with travel across the region, supporting installation, servicing and fault rectification of vehicle-based CCTV and related technologies.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with CCTV systems, DVRs and telematics in transport sectors, strong fault-finding skills, a full driving licence and IT literacy to complete service documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• Field-based role with installation, servicing, and fault rectification.
• Experience with CCTV systems, DVRs, telematics or related vehicle technologies.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Full driving licence required.
• Electrical qualification (NVQ/BTEC/Apprenticeship) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service and fault-find on vehicle-based systems.
• Maintain CCTV systems and related vehicle technologies.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and report activities.
• Complete service documentation accurately.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures.
• Occasional overnight stays and night shifts may be required.
