Job summary

Stiles Machinery seeks a Field Service Representative to install, troubleshoot, train, and support customers on advanced machinery and software. You will travel regionally, averaging four days per week, and work with a nationwide team to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction.

You bring two years of technical training or an associate’s degree in electronics or related fields, with experience in CNC or PC-based controls.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in technical training.
• Two years of technical schooling in electronics or related field, or equivalent hands‑on training.
• Prior CNC/PC-based controls experience or machine service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, start up, and instruct customers on Stiles technology.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field.
• Document work performed and customer concerns clearly and promptly.
• Recommend improvements for reliability and long‑term operation.
• Build trusted relationships with customers as a technical partner.
