Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform installation, commissioning, calibration, verification, and maintenance of our product inspection and systems equipment at customer sites across Ireland.

You will provide reactive and preventative service, travel regularly to sites, diagnose issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards while maintaining service records and aiming for high first-time fix rates.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Verification: Carry out routine performance verification and preventative maintenance.
• Installation: Professionally install and commission new equipment at customer sites.
• Breakdown Support: Diagnose and rectify equipment breakdowns efficiently to minimise customer downtime.
• Compliance: Promote audits, calibrations, and validation activities to ensure equipment meets industry standards.
• Performance & Admin: Meet established KPIs and ensure all administrative tasks, including record maintenance, are completed on time.
• Field Travel: Travel regularly to various customer sites to provide on-site technical support.
• Stock Management: Manage and maintain your vehicle stock effectively to ensure high first-time fix rates.
