Job summary

Anderson McQue Inc is seeking an on-site Field Service Engineer in Ireland (Cork area) to service pharmaceutical equipment across a multinational, multicultural business portfolio. You will be responsible for commissioning, fault-finding, maintenance, repair, calibration and validation, while ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.

You will manage stock in the company vehicle, participate in the On-Call Rota, and provide on-site briefings and training to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in servicing pharmaceutical sites.
• Several years' experience in field service.
• Represent company in a professional manner when dealing directly with customers/visiting customers' sites.
• Team player with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete on-site service including commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating and validating equipment and applications.
• Deliver service excellence and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records and appropriate paperwork.
• Carry and maintain an up-to-date stock of spare parts and consumables in the Company vehicle.
• Participate in the On-Call Engineer Rota.
• Provide onsite briefings and training to customers and colleagues.
• Review technical documentation and write technical reports accurately in English.
• Attend training courses and acquire good working knowledge of equipment and applications.
