Job summary

Mase Consulting Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer / Maintenance Technician for pharmaceutical customers in Ireland. You will operate 80% mechanical and 20% electrical tasks from a home office with occasional travel across Ireland and Europe for installations and service calls.

The role requires at least 2 years in service engineering on complex equipment, a mechanical focus, and a valid driving licence. Sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in service engineering on complex equipment.
• Multiskilled with a mechanical focus; driving licence required.
• Experience in cleanroom or sterile environments is a plus.
• Right to work in Ireland; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Operate in an 80% mechanical, 20% electrical role on high‑value equipment.
• Support pharmaceutical manufacturers in Ireland; occasional Europe travel.
• Attend a low number of complex service calls; installations when needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance, fault finding and reporting.
• Coordinate with the engineering planner and complete service visit reports.
